Terrible customer service at Game Pavillion Mall

I returned a grass cutter that was broken and under warranty, they first refused to take it until I refused to go back home with it. They are now not picking up my calls when I want to follow up on the repair, the phone rings even the national customer care cannot get them to pick up calls. The floor manager was rude.
