terrible customer service at game

I bought 2 skyworth tvs 3months ago from game the first TV was returned after endless problems after waiting 30days the TV was returned game paid me my cash back now this is the 2nd skyworth TV which game does not want to return expecting me to wait 30days to refund me. The store manager did tell me there's a factory fault with skyworth tvs and they no longer keeping them in stock, Game returns policy and customer service is very very bad
