Terrible Customer Service and False Accusations

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Game Stores at Jubilee Mall. My mom reported a faulty phone that only displays the settings app. Instead of addressing the issue, you falsely accused it of water damage and now want to add extra charges. Your complete disregard for customer service and no response to emails is unacceptable. This is how you treat loyal customers?
