TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY.

I placed an order online on the 30th of December. I couldn't track the order because I placed it as a guest on their site (but they don't say that you can't track it) I had to call in numerous times to find out what's happening, they promised to deliver between 2-5 working days in their email but when I called I was told that the order is still processing. I was told two weeks after placing the order that there's no stock, then I was promised a refund which would ONLY reflect In my account AFTER 14 DAYS. It's been longer than 14 days and I still haven't recieved my refund. I called in and was told that the refund is still "processing". Their customer service is disgusting.Game online is totally unproffesional and unreliable.

I'll never order from them ever again.
