TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 24th May 2024 I bought a large item from Game Trade Route Mall, Lenasia in Gauteng. It was in their birthday month and I received a scratch card online which earned me a R250 voucher. I went to redeem it but when I got there they said they couldn't find my details on the system. That was on the 06th June. They took my details and the Wednesday the lady called me to say she was investigating what was wrong. They never did get back to me. On the 29th June I received an SMS from Game saying I needed to use my voucher before it expired on the 30th June. I went to the Trade Route branch and inquired about it but no one had bothered to follow up on my query. I waited for 30 minutes before I was told this. The lady and gentleman that helped just said that the person who was dealing with it never followed up again and because she was on leave there was nothing they could do. The gentleman was a man and at the start he said it wasn't his department and he didn't want to get involved. This is totally unacceptable because I take my time to follow up and waited for a whole month and no one in that department cares. I will no longer be shopping at that Game brunch because their service is terrible.
