Terrible Customer Service

I had the most horrible experience at Game The Glen. I purchased a Raleigh bicycle for my 3 year old and returned the bike to to the quality of the item. The store refused to refund me and advised that I need to visit them each time to have it repaired. My daughter keeps falling off the bike because the steering has a habit of turning loose after she takes a few turns. I was assisted by Martin Mathupa who spoke to his senior over the phone in a language that I do not understand, I however heard him responding with the word “bafasi”. Was I not assisted because I am a bafasi? Do you treat customers based on gender ?
