Terrible customer service

Game is useless. I bought a Hisense refrigerator from Game Southgate mall last September and by end of December it was no longer cold. I tried countless times to contact them to send a technician but it’s been weeks now no response. I called again last week and their manager promised to get on it but it’s more days now without a response
