Terrible customer service

<p>Waiting in a queue for over a hour at the cell phone counter to take a contract at game trade route mall . The lady at the desk says the person respobsible for the cellphones( valencia)went to clicks to by something . We waited the for more than a hour clicks store was closed and still the lady was not back. Shamim @ the game store says the manager was gone home and shes incharge however she cannot help us with anything</p>
