Terrible customer service

I am still asking why the game in Joburg CBD is still open because the service is terrible. I went to game on the 03/09/18 as I was looking for a ceramic hob. I found an old man who was willing to help me and assisted on which one to choose. While we were busy, a man by the name of Shadrack Modise came and called him to come and push a fridge for another customer. He tried telling him that he was still helping me and his response was'' I don't care about that, you must come and help me with this fridge now''. I was really angry as I am also a paying customer. the guy came back and that is when I asked him about his full name and surname and I told him I don't appreciate what he did. Shadrack just passed as I was still complaining and the old man had to stay and apologize on his behalf. I will wait for his Shadrack's apology.
