TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a sunbeam heater on 27 July 2020.i used the heater for one month then packed it away as winter was now over.i pulled my heater out now to use for June 2021 and the heater is faulty.it is cutting off and not lighting up properly.When I called the game call centre I was told to take it to game for repairs as it's still under guarantee. I cannot wait for my heater to get fixed as its winter what am I suppose to use.i am also shifting to durban end of June so how can I wait for heater.i need to be given a new heater or a refund.This heater is new.it was used for one month
