Terrible customer service

I went to look for a frisbee at Game Eastrand Mall, went around the whole store but it was rather very difficult to find assistance as there was no one on the floor. When i finally did see someone on the floor (Francis Adams) - i approached her to ask for help but she dismissed me and told me that she could not speak to me because she had her coffee in her hand. Francis is extremely rude, has a terrible and disgusting attitude towards customers or should i rather say black customers and i have no idea how Game hired her to deal with customers as she will run that business down. I approached the manager that was on duty at the time and she indicated that they have had a number of complaints about Francis and it seems she particularly mistreats " black customers". With service like that, i will personally never shop at Game Eastrand Mall as it seems i am not the first customer to be treated like that and Francis Adams is obviously not being called to order.
