Terrible customer service.

The worst experience ever. I bought a Telefunken tab online because like usually none of the stores had stock. I had a problem with it and went into the store at Pavilion and they said can't assist me, I need to go to Westwood or Gateway. Went all the way to Westwood because they were closer, the lady says they can't assist me, I need to call the number on the invoice. I was fuming mad because when I called, the lady says the store should assisted me. No one knows what they doing, it's so frustrating because this item was a present for my 9 year old and now she can't even use it. Pathetic service from this company.
