Terrible Customer Care

The worst customer service ever received. I called this number *** which is supposedly the customet care number. Spoke to a lady by the name of Sibongile Thapedi my word she was bad. No product knowledge at all, Talks over the customers, doesn't answer what you asked for. She really has bad customer service. Never calling this number for assistance ever....
