Terrible customer care

There online printer promo had a 3yr warranty banner at the top of ad but said 1 yr lower down. I called customer care for clarification. The assistant could see the banner on his side as well so offered to get back to me in 24 to 48 hrs. Well that never happened. When i called back 2 days later the banner has been removed and they play ********. Ref no *** Was asked to call back. Why should we keep calling back because of their incompetence. Easier to buy it elsewhere
