Terrible cellphone insurance

<p>We laid an insurance claim on the 10th of November 2016 and since then the call centre people have been telling me that it will be delivered within the next 3-5 working days and now its almost 2months since the 1st call we made to Game Insurance. We are at the verge of losing hope of ever getting the cellphone and even thinking of even just contacting them through out lawyers.</p> <p>The claim reference is GMCML30664. Surname is Mbiko.</p> <p>I am so tired of talking to your agents as they are so rude as well.</p> <p>This is the owrst experince i have ever had with an insurance company, ever.</p>
