Terrible and worst online service!

So after waiting 3 weeks for an online order, no stock was available for delivery. No contact or update from game. I had to chase up after my order. I am now in the same position again waiting for my refund. You would think that after being told my issue would be escalated I would have my money back. But no, trust Game not to fast track things. No update or communication at all. I certainly do not have airtime to wasting by calling their customer care! All I want is money back and be done with Game.
