Terrible and Worst Customer experience at Game Stores

Recently bought a Telefunken Tablet at Game online shop on the 23rd November 2022, chose a pick-up option, got an sms to say i should come pick up at the Liberty Midlands Mall Game store, when i went to the store there was no tablet, no communication i recieved, the matter is not solved, i haven't been refunded, ive tried calling and no-one can help, mind you, supposed to leave the country and use that Tablet for work.
