Terrible and dishonest service

I ordered a washing machine from game online on the 1st of November till now I have not got the delivery, when the delivery was delaying they did not even bother to communicate to me as to what is the cause of delay I had to keep going after the. All I have been getting from their agents is lies, they kept on promising that it will be delivered on a certain date knowing well it will not. I ended up asking for cancellation of the order and get my refund now they are still giving me a runaround when it's time to get my refund. All I want from them is my refund nothing else because they are clearly *********** to run a business.
