terrible and belittling service from the Soshanguve Game store

I was sent to go buy a 16Gig Micro SD card at Game that's currently on sale for R129. when I got there yesterday(30/Aug/2017) I explained to the sales reps on what I was looking for, they told me there was no such sale and that I must be sure of what I was looking for. out of frustration I called my father to let him know that the sales reps say theres no such thing and that there only thing available at that price range was the USB stick. Over the phone my father told me the tracking number which I repeated at the reps to check on the system. The reps confirmed that there was nothing of that sort. I went home and my father showed me the catalogue of what he was talking about, only to find that there MicroSD is still on sale.

Today I went back to the store with the catalogue to show them exactly what I was looking for, only to be greeted by the lady(Portia) that assisted me the previous day by saying "ngwana papa" which means daddy's girl. I showed her the catalogue and she then said that I should've been specific on what I wanted, that they only have Samsung Micro SD cards and that in actual fact the SanDisk SD card was out of stock. Luckily there was another lady there that offered to check if there was stock at Wonderpark mall, to only discover that there was actually stock of the product I wanted in store since the previous day.

Believe that Portia should've checked before telling me that there was no stock, and had done so from the previous day and not treated me like I was making things up and undermining me, or titling me upon seeing me. Staff must always be up to date regarding products that they work with on an everyday basis, and provide service in a kind and less deeming manner.

I'm aware that customers are not always right, but for the fact that I provided the track number of the product the previous day and nothing was found but on my return the following day there is such a sale is poor service and time wasting for us customers. And for Portia not to take her time to see if indeed theres no stock showed that she had no interest in actually assisting me.
