Terrible After Sales Service

Game got someone to phone my Mom and even after explaining that my Mom followed the instructions and filled the ink tank with ink and only when my Mom wanted to copy something did she realise the printer we ordered couldn’t print/copy and scan. We’ve been trying to get Game to help us I am prepared to pay in for the correct printer Game are saying no it’s been used when it hasn’t been. They also say it states clearly what printer it is. I bought another printer online and it’s exactly what we want. All we are asking for is for game to meet us halfway and they aren’t prepared to. It’s very disappointing that they have no after sales service. I would not recommend buying from game!!
