Terrible after sales Customer Services!

Terrible customer service, I purchased a mobile phone online from them, only had it for 1 month and the touch screen is no longer working.

I have emailed them on 18-09-18 at 02:41 PM and received no response, I then sent a follow up mail the day after 19-09-18 at 11:09 AM and STILL NO RESPONSE.

I have sent yet another follow up mail this morning.

I need this phone replaced as I use it for business purposes!
