Terrible after sale support.

I am looking for a replacement accessory for a logik product.

1) I went into store and the number I am given does not exist. 2) I called in and the number I was given was for an air conditioner installation company. 3) I call again and ask to speak to a manager and my call gets dropped.

Is no interested in after sale support?
