Terrible after sale service

I purchased a LG washing machine almost 2 months ago from Game online. From the time I received the washing machine it was not working properly. I reported the fault to Game and they took extremely long to send a technician to inspect the product, the faulty product was finally inspected and returned however to date I have not received a refund.
