I wrote a complaint about one month ago still i have not recieved assistance reporting about my mums cellphone which Game refused to assist. Her when she wanted to claim via Hollard insurance no policy document was given to her she only has a number written in ink on her slip .i have been getting useless emails because we still have not recieved assisstance.I am very dissapointed by the turn around time of Game stores in solving a minor issue.

We are in receipt of your re-occurring complaint with reference ***4.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
You are unable to provide us with the receipt when you paid for insurance, stating that the slip is faded. Neither your ID number nor your mother's ID number picks up on our systems, which means that you could've taken out a policy, but we need some kind of proof that it was done. Thereafter we can escalate it to Finrite Insurance, the underwriters.
As soon as we have more information on hand, we will gladly assist you.
