I am a victim of online *****. A sim swap was done on my sim card which I was unaware of. The next day an online purchase was made at a game store n thereafter another purchase was made online at a makro store using my game card. After disputing the matter with all relevant documents to the rcs ***** department, I'm still awaiting feedback from them . I am left to pay the high installment for something I did not purchase. How do game allow this online **** from happening. Do they not ask for verification or some sort of identification to make those purchases? Or is it all about making money by approving these *****ster purchases. The card is with me, so I don't understand how this happens. There are no plans in place to prevent this from happening. Its time I close my game account to prevent further damages. Its too risky.
