TERIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Game I logged a refund request with you guys and you promised to send someone to pick up the purchased items today however I have not received communication from either the courier or Game, i called you guys and was advised that someone would call me. I was later called by someone who sounded clueless regarding the above mentioned matter. Please call me asap to get this resolved.
