Television went missing from Game onlines courier with no solution provided to there client

Well I ordered a Smart TV online with Game on the 10th of May 2022 and decided let me take a chance to try there delivery service out. I was told that my order will be delivered on the 18th of May 2022 which never arrived. When I called I was told the delivery was rescheduled to Friday the 20th of May 2022 before 2pm. I called Monday to find out what happened and I was told my order has disappeared from the courier they use DPD Laser Couriers. Till to date I am told they are investigating and arranging a new delivery but when I call Game each consultant says they just escaling it but I never get feedback. It's going to be a month and I still never received my TV.
