Telefunken refund
I bought a TV on the 28th Feb 2023 by 17 July the TV was not displaying they said that the TV is faulty. I advised Mpho from mall of Africa the game manager that I need a refund I don't need another TV I need a refund he refused to give me a refund he gave me another TV. on October same problem occurred TV doesn't want to display and spoke with alushavhiwi from mall of Africa she said I must speak with their suppliers regarding the refund. How can I speak with their suppliers regarding the refund whereas I bought the TV at game. All I need is a refund not a new TV as the warranty is almost over.
