Telefunken 3g Tablets

I got the promotion Telefunken Tablets (on contact)- was approved on Saturday at westgate shopping centre in jhb but there was no Tablets at that time they told me the 17th it will be there have no problem to wait so they call us to come pick up the Tablets on the 17th the sales person told me everything was fine so when i got home i saw it was not activated as i opened it the 1st Tablet worked perfectly so i opened the 2nd one it could not even go on so i took it back the Saturday they told me there is no stock and i will have to wait till new stock arrived as a lady that work there send me to a guy that works there with the Tablets he told me the mother board is broken it looks like a manufacturing problem which means it came broken to the store then they said i must call on Monday the 20th so i called them (spoke to the manager 1st) ask what must i do about this broken one as the manager told me to hold on the other person will help me spoke to him and he said he will call me between Monday and Tuesday they never called me back i am still waiting don't know if they getting new stock or when its coming or what i am so upset
