TEFEKUNKEN TABLET COMBO

I bought a Telefunken tablet combo on the 28/03/2016 and in a week the keyboard did not work and they replace the keyboard but Tuesday (19th April 2016) morning I notice that the screen is cracked and I took it in due to the tablet is not even a month old. The lady at the return desk said that the table screen crack due to overheat of the tablet. Then the gentleman what work with her just said the screen is not under guarantee, I ask now that is the guarantee for he just said it is for the soft wear. He had a ****y attitude and then is the same way he know of somebody how can fix it. When I bought the tablet combo nobody told me what the guarantee is for just that it is under guarantee for 1 year, for me to pay R2200 it is a lot of money I expect from the sales person to at least tell the people that for what the guarintee is for.
