Technician never arrived

Our Defy oven, which is still under guarantee as it is now only 11 months old, stopped working (seems like a thermostat problem) last week. I phoned Game Fourways on Wednesday, and was told the technician would come through on Friday (Thursday being a public holiday). At around 3 pm on Friday, we started worrying whether they were actually going to come and fix the oven, so I phoned them - we did not want to spend the whole weekend without an oven. We actually phoned them 3 or 4 times on Friday afternoon. Each time they promised us \we will phone you back in 15 minutes' time". But....NOTHING. Broken promises. No phone calls. No delivery. Nothing. Its now Saturday at 4:30 pm and still nothing. <br> <br> If they cannot deliver on the day they SAID they would"
