Take Responsibility !
<p>I bought , like thousands of others, an Openview HD decoder from Game in Langeberg Mall Mossel Bay and when looking at the complaints on Hello Peter because the decoder doesnt work, I feel Game should step up to the plate and take responsibility for selling , in my opinion, a dud product. </p> <p>Afterall, Game , you are making money out of the sale of this product. I dont generaklly mind , but when thousands are sold and barely any of the clients are satisfied, I expect you to assist and do your duty !</p> <p>It appears to be a **** or a dud product and I would like to see action. If however you decide to ignore your responsibilty, I WILL take this to the next level!</p>

06 Mar 2017, 16:346/3/2017. Today I had a call from Altech re my non working Openview HD decoder . The person was named Innocent, and he advised that I go to Game where I purchased the item and exchange it, and if decoder still did not work, he would send me the one that was in there office , which he said was working. I went to Game and they offered to exchange it but had a boffin there , Henley, who said he could activate it from their premises. He went about doing this, and after a second attempt, he got it fired up. I have installed it at home and , hold thumbs, it works!!! Thank you Game and Altech, you have done your job well and have given me confidence in our business industry again. 5 STARS
