Tablet had a previous owner

This was one of the most frustrating experiences in my life. I bought a tablet that was on special at game. So how they work is you get a paper with a number indicated you then go and pay for the item. After item was paid for you have to go and stand in a queue again to collect the item. So I did that and the guy behind me got helped before me same item. When it was my turn I got a open box. I made the game employee write on the slip that she takes note that the box was open. When home opened the box and switch the tablet on.... to my surprise there was a private lock on it. This tablet was used before. So paid a price for a new tablet but instead received a used item. The covers that comes with the tablet was also used before. The screen was scratched. After a lot of phone calls with the managers and a lot of back and forth. I still had to be happy with a display tablet and the same covers that was used. Also had to make them give me a screen cover as they removed the one that was on which they gave me the wrong one. At this point in time there is no way I will every buy any electronics from game again...paid full price for used/damage goods. Just gave up fighting!!!!!
