System reflects delivered - no delivery received

I placed an online order on 29 December 2021 and received notification that the courier will contact me for delivery on 30 December 2021. No courier contacted me or made arrangements for delivery however I received notification that the order was delivered on 5 January. I have not received the item and also no notification from the courier. Still waiting on a response but Game needs t change their courier as there was no communication and no waybill received for the delivery. Very poor service and between the 6-week delays and issues with delivery/refund by MAKRO online and this missing delivery I am really disappointed in Massmart online services.
