SYLVESTER @ GAME, CAPE GATE... 'YOUR WORK ETHIC ROCKS'

Before proceeding to buy myself a new Printer, I phoned GAME and was put through to a friendly and efficient gentleman in the required department, Sylvester. I explained that I was looking for something straightforward for my home-based needs. He confirmed that he had 'just the thing' I was looking for. On arrival, I saw another more comprehensively featured model and bought that one instead. Needless to say, I returned it the next day (after staring at the box all night long) realizing that the extra features would actually not be of any use to me at all. Sylvester, handled the situation with such good grace that I was thankfully spared of feeling foolish for having made such a blunder. He assisted me with the purchase of my original choice and I left substantially satisfied.
