Swimming pool -second time

I bought a swimming pool at game and then had to take it back because it leaked. Then they gave me another one which by the way i bought to take with on holiday, and when we wanted to set it up all the components were not there. I was a bit sceptic when they gave me the new one as it was already open and closed only with tape. So my concern is that they do not send faulty units back to manufacturers they only close it and put it back on the shelf. So someone else gets mine that leaked??? How ethical is that??!! And now i have to again go through the trouble to give this one back and it costs me petrol as well. I would like to know whether game puts returned goods back on the shelf?
