Swak online diens
Ek is opsoek na 'n wasmasjien en die tak in Welkom het niks wat in my prysklas was nie en hulle kon ook nie vir my se wanneer hulle gaan kry nie. Ek het die wasmasjien vir my ma gesoek omrede sy tans haar wasgoed met die hand moet was en die ergste van alles is sy is al 58 jaar oud. Ek het toe besluit om maar online te gaan koop. Op 15 Junie 2020 het ek 'n wasmasjien online gekoop. Op 17 Junie 2020 het hulle my laat weet dat dit uit is na die kouriers. Tot op vandag het ek nog geen wasmasjien ontvang nie. Elke keer as ek bel dan kan hulle nie vir my se wat aangaan nie. Ek het ook 'n mail aan hulle kliente diens gestuur maar daar gebeur ook niks nie. Ek sal niemand aanraai om aanlyn te koop nie. Dit lyk vir my of jy nou aanlyn of by 'n winkel koop daar geen diens meer is nie.
