Surprised by Game Manager at Rosebank...

This review is specifically to Game Rosebank. Everyday, I am baffled by the amount of poor service that we receive from large Corporate Companies and that's why I believe that its extremely important that when we receive great service, we should praise the performance and efforts by individuals. I walked into Game in Rosebank this weekend after purchasing a portable aircon from the Fourways branch about 3 weeks back which I intended to return. Being in the Sales industry myself, I am extremely enthusiastic about making a sale and far less when goods are to be returned. Nonetheless, I was met with a Salesman that wasn't very keen on me returning goods and was told to return the goods back at Game Fourways (Quite a drive from Rosebank). I was lucky to be persistent and called upon the manager Andre Geldenhuys (I hope I spelt this correctly). I was expecting the worst to be frank... but to my shock, I was greeted by probably the most friendliest and funniest manager I have met in a long while. Andre dealt with hospitality that you would expect in a hotel and really valued myself as a customer. I have always been greeted with the most negative managers in history but was really glad to finally find one with the most "can do" attitude around. Thanks Andre for leading by example and I truly value your customer friendly s****s. Cheers Neil
