Supposedly Repaired Microwave

We bought a Defy microwave from Game in Carnival City, Brakpan. We took out their extended warranty as well.

The microwave started making funny noises every time we used it, so we booked it in. When we got it back the door was broken and the turn table didn't want to turn. So we booked it in again.

The second time round they broke the door even more and the microwave is completely broken now.

It doesn't want to microwave unless you hold the door in place. This is totally unacceptable. We are too scared to take it back for a third time. Maybe it won't work at all when we get it back. If this is the kind of repair service one gets from you then you seriously need to have your technicians checked because we got back for the second time, a broken microwave. And it is easy to say that you don't do repairs on the door. The door was never broken or faulty to begin with. And yes, we have no proof that we did not break it, but why would I put in a complaint if I broke my own microwave. I will never ever buy Defy again. The after-service on broken items is so disgusting. I cannot believe that one sends your appliances in for repairs and get them back broken in places that were never broken.

In fact, I am going to lay a complaint against Game and Defy on Hello Peter. People need to know what kind of after-service they are getting. And that after we paid extra for an extended warranty.

Best of all, there is no contact detail for Game stores. Whenever you send an email to their ***, it comes back. So there is no way of contacting them if they would even care.
