I PURCHASED 3 Acer aspire 3 core i5 10th gen, and according to the advert on the following link

When I opened them noticed that I was mislead as the machine does not have Graphics Card: 2GB-GDDR5 NVIDIA®GEFORCE®MX330 as per above link and pics that will be attached

Sent a complaint and an agent called and claimed that was a mistake and apologise. I explained that that is not allowed by law and that the mistake cost me considerably loss of income.

The agent said that the matter will be escalated and that the mistake will be rectified. Until now I did not get any feedback and the convenient mistake still not being rectified.
