Super Service offered for Game

<p>Dear Team @ Cresta</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to thank Game @ Cresta Mall. At the customer services division for their excellent support. I came into the store to buy 2 items that where on special and at the Store shelfs the stuff was sold out. The Sales consultant was friendly but did not Go the extra mile the way Mr Lucky did I was send to the Customer care desk to put in an order to check if the new stock is to arrive. Mr. Lucky was the one who attended to me and double checked in the system I explained what I was looking for and in the system, it was showing that there was still stock available. I got the first item and the other one was double checked and I could purchase the other item the next day as it was very close to the closing time of the store. We arranged to come back to the store the next day after work to purchase the second item. I want to salute Mr Lucky for meeting my expectations and is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards him and your customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to complete the payment as well within seconds thanks to his attentive and alert presence.
