Super Service from K****tso Mhohlala

I work in service industry, and we so fast to give complaints but we also have to acknowledge people who goes the extra mile and takes pride in there work ethic. Today I met K****tso who assisted me in purchasing a phone as a gift, she gave me great options and advise, I took the first option and when I went to a different store I saw another option that made me have a change of heart, I went back into game nervous and thinking it is along process to exchange the phone I just bought and I saw K****tso and explained to her that I have a change of heart and if it is a long process she should leave it, she told me that I should not worry she has everything under control, she took me to customer services and to the cashier making sure I was alright, she left her station just to go the extra mile to ensure my transaction was easy. She is extremely friendly, and professional and the most helpful I have ever seen, game is an extremely huge store and she would walk from one end to the other just to ensure her clients get the best service experience...
