Super ****en angry

i bought Size 5 pampers pants on the 25/08/2023 and i have been using those kimbies from that day and most of the kimbies were breaking on the sides and and but i kept on using them because i did not have any other kimbies for my baby, i reported this incident to game on the 6th because they were tearing now everyday as i thot in the begging that it was a mistake and they wanted pictures and i sent a video on the 6th and a guy called Lukholo from customer service online said they want pictures and i sent those pictures and yesterday i was called by Zukiswa from Gme Kenilworth to say that i can come and exchange or a refund then i asked her can i send someone and she said yes and i also told her that since these kimbies were bought on the 25th i have only been using them so the packet is not full and she said its fine i should bring them, today 09/09/2023 i sent my mom since i am at work , a lady by Gadija or something tells me that i should call pampers myself as its not there fault - i mean what the **** R430 is alot of money for this kind of treatment, where am i going to get other kimbies from i did not ask for the dam kimbies to tear up like that
