Struggling to close a game account

I have trying to close my account at game stores, its just back and forth, they are telling me that it takes 36 days to close an account I have settled my account last month but to my surprise this month i was charged interest fee I am really frustrated as like i call them so many times and there are different stories from their consultants Im so disappointed on their service Why is it taking so long. This is absolutely nonsense
