struggling since 9 Dec 2019 to get my matter resolved with ongoing hello peter reviews still no assistance

I started by calling game 9th Dec 2019 where i spoke to Amos and sent all my receipts to him where he said he will assist . in January 2020 i mailed him and asked any feed back ...nothing on the 22nd February 2020 yet with another hello peter complain Nestor Magosha asked to assist and still no help with another hello peter complain another person contacted me and all just had a big dead end made another complain on the 10th March where i was contacted by Amos where there is still no action in replying about the matter mailed him today again .all i really want is for this matter with my washing machine to be resolved .cant believe we have to pay for stuff that has warranty and then still have to fight to get service as no one has the mind set at game to handle customers and keep them happy I so hope I could really get assistance regarding this matter I'm really tired of game mall @ reds and all the people regarding this matter not taking steps in resolving this
