Street stores are far much better than Game store!!!!!

I'm so frustrated by this store and it's poor ****ty service.

I used to know Game as a reputable store but recently game is the poor of the poorest. I'm disgusted by game. I bought a Stramm Brush Cutter on 21/02/24 at game Bloemfontein. Used the machine for the first on 12 March 24. The machine only worked for 4 hours and died on me. So the nearest town to where I was using the machine is Game Welkom. I took the machine there for Repairs I was told to wait for 20 working days. I waited for more than 35 days. I collected the machine without getting any notification from the store. To my surprise nothing was done on the machine. It's still not starting. Took it again to the store at welkom Soooo ****ed. I requested a manager, the sales manager by the name ESME JOUBERT came and gave me a very lame excuse with rude attitude telling me that the machine is only for my house and not for anything else, I should have read the instructions on the manual. And the manual doesn't say **** like that. She further said that she will need to log it for assessment.

What annoys me is that I really believed and loved game product. But right now I would rather buy stuff from the streets. They seem to work better. IM NEVER SPENDING A CENT IN THIS RIDICULOUS STORE. **** GAME!!!!!!!
