Store unable to confirm any kind of delivery details

Bought & paid in full for a sleeper couch last Sunday. Cynthia, store manager assisted me as I had complained previously about the store not answering the phone. It was confirmed that delivery would be today. This morning I call to confirm & asked the most irrelevant questions - what type of sleeper couch & who sold it to me. After phoning back the lady answering confirmed that her name is apparently also Cynthia, but not the store manager who apparently is not in today and the Cynthia who answered didn't feel it necessary to tell me that she was not the store manager. So I have paid for an item & apparently it is not going to be delivered, well from the questions asked that can be assumed.
