Store refusing to refund looted tv

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. I had left my tv for repairs at Game in Pietermaritzburg prior to looting. Had contacted the store after looting to find out about my tv and they said that it was ****** and I was guaranteed by the store manager that Iwill be refunded once the store is open. I waited 4 months and after the store had opened I was told that there is no proof that I left my tv there as they can't find my paperwork and there cameras are damaged without back up drivers so they can not do anything to assist. This is not my fault nor problem that my paperwork was misplaced it is the fault of the company and I feel that I am entitled to my refund. The store is very misleading and in no way willing to help. I even contacted their head office 3 weeks ago and up until now nobody has contacted me or provided any update or information. I will make sure never to take my business to game ever again for their pathetic service,lies and misleading information. By far the worst retail store in many categories.
