store manager with attitude

I am disgusted with the store managers attitude, 22/11/15 my wife and I went to purchase a microwave and a plasma tv and a plasma tv stand, we told the sales assistant about the makro sale and they have the microwave for R1899 and your la policy is to better any price, manager insisted the sale was only for 21/11/15, he was so arrogant to staff and we stood 15cm away and he was not polite at all, with no smile, he said he can give us at R1975, the sales guy was so afraid to even talk to store manager. We walked out so upset and didn't purchase anything because of the manager's bad attitude, he seemed to be a troubled man and found the staff to take his anger out in front of us, bottom line he spoke with no respect, we very disappointed with games.
