Store closed but still get voucher for something I bought at another store

<p>I bought a Logik food processor on the 29/10/2016. It broke before it was a month old and unfortunately I lost my slip. I have been looking for the slip for the last two weeks and phoed the shop to hear if they would take it back. They said I could , I went straight home to fetch it as I knew they close at 18:00. I was there quarter to six. there was a notice on the door that says they are closed due to a strike. I needed the item REPLACED urgently so I went to other shops to buy one and went home to use it. Today I went to take it ack and they give me a VOUCHER. What the hell am I supposed to do with a voucher!!! I have already spent money I dont have BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSED!!! So now I need to purchase something from them with money I borrowed from someone! LOGIK is their housebrand? where would I have bought it except from there?????? Please help</p>
